This Privacy Policy explains how GoRaw (ABN 41 914 265 850) ("GoRaw," "we," "us," "our") collects, uses, and protects personal information when you visit our website at goraw.app (the "Website").

It applies to the Website only. The Go Raw mobile application is governed by a separate privacy policy made available within the app.

This Policy is designed to comply with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the UK GDPR, the California Consumer Privacy Act / CPRA, the Australian Privacy Act 1988 (Cth), and other applicable data-protection laws.

By using the Website, you acknowledge you have read and understood this Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

We retain personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected:

  • Waitlist and subscription emails: until you unsubscribe or request deletion;
  • Enquiry correspondence: up to 3 years from resolution;
  • Analytics and technical data: up to 24 months in identifiable form, then aggregated or deleted.

8.Security

We implement administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information, including encryption in transit (TLS), access controls, and routine review of our security practices. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

If a personal-data breach occurs that is likely to result in a risk to your rights, we will notify the relevant supervisory authority within 72 hours of becoming aware of it (in line with GDPR Article 33), and notify affected individuals where required by law.

The Website is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe a child under 16 has provided us with personal information, contact team@goraw.app and we will delete it.
